Orders
You can buy ManukaRx skincare products here.
To place an order over the phone, please contact our customer care team at 09 553 9829 or by email - hello@manukarx.co.nz and we will be able to assist you.
If you want to amend your order please email hello@manukarx.co.nz with your order details as soon as possible and we will do our best to help, however, our pick and packing team may have already processed your order. To find more information on changing your order, please visit our returns and refunds policy here.
If you have already placed and completed an order, you should receive an email within 5-10 minutes of your purchase. If you have already placed your order and have not heard from us following this time please send us an email at hello@manukarx.co.nz. We will review your order history and will notify you if there are any issues.
If you have received an order from us with missing items, please let us know the details of your order and we will resolve this for you. Simply send an email to hello@manukarx.co.nz with your order number and missing items, and we will be in touch within 48 hours to rectify the issue.

All ManukaRx skincare is scientifically developed with natural ingredients and are formulated to be suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin.

We only use natural oil blends to fragrance our skincare. No synthetic perfumes or scents are used.
Payment, Shipping & Delivery
ManukaRx processes your payments securely using ShopPay. You can use a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Afterpay or Apple Pay to place your purchase. If you experience any issues when checking out, please don't hesitate to contact us and a member of the team will be more than happy to help - hello@manukarx.co.nz.
Afterpay is available for all New Zealand and Australian customers on a one-off purchase; meaning you can't checkout using Afterpay and Laybuy on the Subscribe & Save program.
How to checkout using Afterpay:
Once your skincare is added to your cart, proceed to the checkout, entering your email address and shipping address, then click "continue to shipping" and then "continue to payment", you will then be able to select Afterpay as a payment type, which will then transfer you to the Afterpay portal.
If you have a ManukaRx discount code, you can enter this as you purchase your chosen skincare products. When checking out, you’ll be prompted to enter your discount code. Once entered, you will see the price adjustment when successful. If you have any issues using your discount code, please don’t hesitate to get back in touch.
If your parcel has not arrived by the estimated delivery, please first double-check around your property and with your neighbours. If you can't find your parcel, we will track the item through our shipping provider.
Yes, you can. If you are waiting on delivery within New Zealand, please use the tracking number provided inside your confirmation email to check the status here. If you are receiving a delivery outside of New Zealand click here and enter your tracking number to get up-to-date notifications on the status of your delivery.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver orders to a P.O Box address.
We ship our skincare internationally. Simply enter your detailed shipping address when you check out. See our Shipping & Returns page for more information.
Refunds & Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your order we can offer either a refund or exchange providing that goods are returned to us within 90 days of purchase.
We want you to love and enjoy your ManukaRx products. If you are not happy with your purchase you can return the product within 90 days of purchase for a full refund, less shipping costs.

We will issue your refund upon the arrival of your returned products to our office. You should receive an email to confirm that your items have arrived and a refund will be provided within 72 hours - please send an email to us at hello@manukarx.co.nz if you have not received your refund within 10 days and we will make sure that this is processed for you.
Yes, we will send you an email when we have received your returned items. Please allow for delivery times in hearing from us about your order.
